It provides a good hit of energy first thing in the morning and is guaranteed to keep you going til lunch. It's sweet, nutty and delicious.
Banana & Nutella Breakfast Shake
1 tbs Nutella
2 cups low fat or skim milk
1 tbs LSA ( Linseed, Sunflower and Almond Meal)*
3-4 ice cubes
* You can purchase LSA from most supermarkets or health food stores.
To make simply blend together the following ingredients.
